The MCA/Pixie School Extended Care Program ensures
a safe place for our students to go before and after school, without
needing to change locations. Any student that attends our school
can use this service
The program employs two part time teachers and another
stand by teacher for correct student-teacher rations. The Extended
Care teachers also serve as teachers during the day, ensuring
that they have met all requirements.
Extended Care hours are from 7:00 am – 7:45
am and from 3:00 pm – 5:30 pm.
If you arrive before 7:50 am you should report to
the play center. We do not charge for extended care after 7:40 am,
however, teacher classrooms will not be open until 7:50 am.
Extended Care is $8.00 per day and will be billed
on the 15th and 30th of each month. A late charge of $3.00/5 minutes
will be assessed past 5:30 pm.
Your child will need a snack and drink if they will
be staying in after school extended care.
